I had high hopes for this book until I looked at the recipe and saw in the nutrition values.You will gain a very complete understanding of how to eat and cook on the dash diet and you’ll have some good recipes to start off with. This book helps you to learn and use the best recipes to better your health in the most efficient way so that you can lose weight and lower your blood pressure. I highly recommend this cookbook for those who want to be fit and healthy.

These meals are not necessarily quick so you might want to pick your recipes carefully when you have a limited time to spare on cooking. Apart from that, the cooking experience has been one of the best I've ever had in my life, and I would absolutely love to repeat it one more time. I would buy this cookbook once again if I would have to. If you would like to add more color to these recipes, add a bit of something spicy – some interesting spice blend, and the recipe will sound completely different after that.

If you know nothing of the DASH diet, this dash diet cookbook will teach you!
